The telemedicine services made available through AVRT are provided by licensed physicians practicing within a group of independently owned professional practices collectively known as “Care Oncology Physician Professionals”. These professional practices provide services via the AVRT telehealth platform. Stage Zero Life Sciences, Ltd. and its affiliates and/or wholly owned subsidiaries including but not limited to Care Oncology, Inc. does not itself provide any physician or other healthcare provider services.
